A Little Over The Top
For the first time in decades, KFC’s original secret recipe of 11 herbs and spices is being moved…under heavy security.
Ok, I can understand how a restaurant whose success is a result of a “secret recipe” would want to protect their intellectual property (I almost snorted when I wrote those words), but come on! Heavy security? Armored cars? Briefcases locked to wrists? We’re not talking about end-of-the-world documents or a nuclear warhead, but a hand-written recipe of specially blended food stuffs!
According to the article, Larry Miller, a restaurant analyst with RBC Capital Markets, said the recipe’s value is “almost an immeasurable thing. It’s part of that important brand image that helps differentiate the KFC product.”
Oh, well, when you put it that way…

Oh man, it’s just for show!
It’ll probably be used in some commercial to boast their amazing formula
Reminds me of SpongeBob SquarePants and the Krabby Pattie formula that Mr Krabs keeps hidden from Plankton

I agree with Qwaider. The whole subject could prove to be good avdertisment to the company.
In fact, by talking about the subject, you and I had participated in promoting KFC.
Google gave about 19,700,000 for KFC. One of those millions of pages is yours. Isn’t it?
