Snowman in Repose
Yes, it’s another snow post. And it contains a snowman. It’s not as cute as Tololy’s, but it’s not traditional, either. So 7aki, I hope you’re satisfied.
There are a few more pictures available on Flickr.

HAHAHAHAHA.
Now THAT is cool!
And it even has chocolate for eyes!

If it’s still around in the morning, I’m going to add some of my son’s old jeans around the snowman’s ankles.
Tololy January 31st, 2008 8:37 pm
Whoa, you’re like, talented!
kinzi January 31st, 2008 8:48 pm
This is not just a snow post, but a Work Of Art. Now if you put the PSP in his hands, it could be your son!
Dave January 31st, 2008 9:00 pm
Tololy, I only had an hour-and-a-half before it got dark. Had I thought of it earlier in the day, I would have made it larger and more detailed.
Kinzi, I was considering having him read a book, but I didn’t have enough time so I just had him leaning on his hands instead.

Was the seat up or down when he sat down? I figure with the look on his face and his body turning to snow and ice, it was left up.
I thought the eyes were Jolly Rancher’s at first, but then I thought where in the hell would he find those in Jordan!
hatem abunimeh January 31st, 2008 9:15 pm
I didn’t get it until I scrolled down to poses three and four. Dave: Is that you in the picture? You don’t look much different than what I thought you would look like in the mental image I had for you in my mind.Nice sculpting job

That is impressive! We get too much snow here (Montreal) so I lost my taste for making snowmen long ago but it’s really nice to see someone into making a snowman with such creativity and care. Well done.
Firas January 31st, 2008 9:35 pm
Good job!
Try to put something in the background indicating it’s Jordan
and then you’ll have a Digg.com material!
What did you have for lunch?
Dave January 31st, 2008 9:46 pm
Hatem, yeah, it’s me.
Firas, maybe he should be wearing a keffiyeh?
